Who are we
Meet Steve & Esther Uppal
Our leadership journey has been both professional and deeply personal. We’ve led large teams, built healthy organisational cultures, and navigated major seasons of change—helping organisations transition and restructure to be fit for purpose in the next season. Alongside this, we’ve raised four children who are now married and starting families of their own. Our work has taken us to over 40 nations, where we’ve continued to learn what it means to lead—and live—well across cultures and generations.
